1. Full ownership of marketing-driven performance across Paid Media, SEO, CRM & Lifecycle
2. Revenue & profit accountability—real commercial responsibility
3. Performance marketing excellence: CAC discipline, ROAS growth, testing at scale
4. A progressive organic growth roadmap and SEO partnership model
5. Next‑level CRM and lifecycle strategies to accelerate LTV
6. Agency leadership with crystal-clear KPIs and relentless optimisation
7. Embedding AI‑powered insights & workflows across the marketing function
8. Building a mature, data-driven, accountable team from the ground up
What You Bring
9. 8–12+ years leading Ecommerce or DTC performance marketing (Shopify a bonus)
10. Proven success driving profitable growth in turnaround or high-change environments
11. Deep expertise in Paid Media, CRM, SEO, forecasting & channel economics
12. Strong financial acumen—comfortable owning KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, margin impact
13. Experience scaling European ecommerce markets
14. Calm, strategic, commercially sharp—and exceptional in execution
15. High data literacy + fluency using AI to accelerate performance
