We are looking for an exceptional retail manager to join our Walton on Thames Monsoon & Accessorize stores. The ideal candidate will reflect the passion we have for our product, have strong people‑management skills, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Drive overall store performance by managing and developing your team.
* Generate profit by exceeding KPIs, managing P&L and controlling costs.
* Motivate and train team members to achieve excellence.
* Maximise commercial opportunities and implement visual merchandising.
