Offer description

We require a dynamic and highly engaged Tender Specialist with experience in producing professional proposal content to support our mission of providing industry-leading healthcare products and solutions that Save and Sustain Lives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identification of tender opportunities via FTS, Contracts Finder, and other relevant portals.
2. Supporting EOI, RFI, SQ, RfP, and ITT requirements for all UK & Ireland Baxter Healthcare Business Units.
3. Managing the bid qualification process for new opportunities, maintaining relevant databases for audit trail purposes.
4. Delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
5. Owning the written proposal content and presentation.
6. Analyzing scoring mechanisms to maximize tender success potential.
7. Coordinating and reviewing proposal input from stakeholders, ensuring formatting and quality standards.
8. Championing document management, version control, and updates to the document library.
9. Serving as the main contact for queries during the tender process, including understanding Terms & Conditions and contractual clauses.
10. Ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
11. Arranging post-contract debriefs with customers and communicating feedback to stakeholders.
12. Sharing best practices and knowledge to uphold high operational standards.
13. Supporting process improvements and cross-functional teamwork within the UKI & WEU teams.
14. Promoting positive change and participating in system and process reviews.
15. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS and HSE bodies, and resolving contractual issues.
16. This role requires a highly organized individual capable of working under pressure and meeting external deadlines.

Qualifications include:

* Degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in Tender/RFP submissions and pricing.
* Knowledge of NHS procurement procedures and tender evaluation methodologies.
* Confidence in facilitating stakeholder meetings.
* Ability to prioritize and work independently.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with Boost/SFDC/JDE is desirable but not essential.

Additional features/conditions:

* Excellent English language skills.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Willingness to travel within UK & Ireland as needed.
* Availability for occasional outside-hours work.
