A well‑established organisation in Leeds is looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid transactional finance experience who enjoys a varied workload and a supportive team environment.
The RoleYou will support the smooth running of daily finance operations, with responsibilities including:
1. Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledgers, including processing employee expenses
2. Performing bank reconciliations
3. Preparing and setting up payment runs
4. Handling internal and external stakeholder queries
5. Assisting with external audit requirements
6. Supporting ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and project work as required by the leadership team

7. Experience in accounts payable, finance administration, or similar transactional finance roles

Working Pattern
11. Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Leeds office
