The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager – Operational Efficiency to reimagine how work happens across our business.
Your mission: unlock efficiency through smarter processes, automation, and AI. By understanding how teams work today, you'll design tomorrow's workflows – reducing overheads, streamlining handoffs, and improving colleague experience across departments like operations, finance, customer support, HR, and tech.
This is a role for someone who thrives on tackling complexity, experimenting with new tools, and making a real impact on how a business runs.
What You'll Do
* Partner with internal teams to map workflows and identify friction points.
* Pinpoint opportunities for automation and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and user experience.
* Evaluate and pilot tools such as AI copilots, workflow automation platforms, and LLM agents.
* Lead product discovery, ensuring the voice of our colleagues shapes every solution.
* Deliver clear roadmaps with strong prioritisation across value, usability, and feasibility.
* Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and business leaders to deliver iteratively.
* Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously improve.
* Contribute to our wider AI strategy from an operational perspective.
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven product management experience (discovery, prioritisation, delivery, stakeholder alignment).
* Passion for operational excellence and improving internal workflows.
* Curiosity and confidence in exploring new technologies (AI, automation, productivity tools).
* Experience mapping and redesigning business processes.
* Skilled collaborator, able to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
* Strong communicator with analytical and facilitation skills.
* Practical, delivery-focused, and driven by continuous improvement.
Nice to have
* Experience in travel or finance industries.
* Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Zapier,, AirOps.
* Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, or workplace productivity platforms.
