Transteck has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Estimator for our Transteck Collision Center. If you possess the skills and experience needed, please apply and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact with our customers, insurance companies, and our body shop.
* This position will also be responsible for selling all of our services to customers and prospects.
* Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies.
* Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue.
Experience:
* Position requires extensive background in heavy truck repair, truck painting, and paint systems.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
* Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills.
