We’re now looking for a Lettings Consultant or Senior Lettings Consultant to join our friendly, close-knit team in Willesden Green.
Your Role & Earning Potential
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of our lettings department.
You’ll work closely with landlords and tenants, handle enquiries and viewings, negotiate offers, and help people move into their new homes. Everyone in the team plays a part in generating new business and building long-term relationships.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all salary, we bespoke each package around the individual. You’ll sit down with the business owner to build a structure that suits how you work and what motivates you.
Your overall package may include:
* A base salary aligned to experience
* Commission tailored to your role and performance
* Bonuses for contribution and results
* Car allowance
Senior-level earning potential is between £45,000 and £50,000 OTE, with competitive packages available at all levels.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering high-level customer care.
You’ll be confident, approachable, and organised, with the ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.
* At least one year’s experience in lettings or a client-facing property role
* Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems
* Confident speaking with landlords and tenants
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Ideally based within 30–45 minutes of Willesden Green (NW2)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm. Time in lieu for working Saturdays
Salary:
Basic salary of £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, with an overall salary of up to £50,000 OTE depending on experience (salary package will be tailor-made specifically for the ideal candidate, including basic, commission, bonuses, and car allowance).
Holiday:
30 days (including bank holidays) - holiday year runs from January to December
