Partnerships Director (Media Agency Background a must)
London | Hybrid | c. £100k + Commission + Bonus
We’re working with a genuinely high-growth independent agency looking for a Partnerships Director to take the lead on growth. This isn’t a “manage a pipeline” role - it’s about building one, shaping it and converting it.
It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys the front-end of the work - opening doors, building relationships, winning business - and wants to actually see the impact of it.

What matters
* Background in an media agency prerequisite
* Must have CMO or senior marketing contacts at Enterprise Businesses
* Must have partnered / worked closely with creative agencies
* Solid media planning understanding - able to talk credibly with clients and planners
* A track record of landing significant new business
* Comfortable leading pitches, navigating procurement and closing
* A network you can use, and the drive to build beyond it
Package
* £90k - £100k base
* Up to 50% commission
