Elevation Recruitment HR are proud to be working with a highly successful and reputable logistics company seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be providing HR advice and guidance to managers across 3 sites within the Northern region including Derby, Leeds & Widnes and travel to these sites will be required on a monthly basis. As a HR Advisor, you will manage your own diary and be responsible for:
* Managing an employee relations caseload surrounding sickness absence, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
* Coaching senior managers to develop their capability dealing with HR issues
* Ensure managers update with legislative changes and interpret changes on the business
* Supporting with change management around TUPE transfers and redundancies
* Maintain a good relationship with unions
* Supporting with regular project work surrounding employee engagement and talent management
* Providing advice and support to managers in all aspects of HR

You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast paced commercial environment. You should be able to demonstrate successful and effective relationships with managers.
To be suitable for this role, ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this, with a strong knowledge of employment legislation and TUPE as well as being a driver.
