Telephonist - Part Time 25 Hours
Job Summary
As a Telephonist working at Porsche Leeds, you will handle all incoming telephone calls, professionally and promptly connecting callers to the relevant person or department whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience. You will also welcome visitors, ensuring they are well attended to at the Dealership and assisting them where appropriate.
You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in line with the company’s high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy!
Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
* Answering telephone calls promptly and in accordance with Company and Brand standards.
* Providing a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors.
* Using email and database systems to record and distribute messages accurately and promptly.
* Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors waiting for assistance, helping to maximize their comfort.
* Monitoring and analyzing switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed enquiry level information.

* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly with customers, the public, and team members.
* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport and inspire confidence.
