This is a hands-on role involving planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Duties Planned and reactive building maintenance Painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work Hanging doors, fitting locks, sealing joints, plastering, and concrete repairs Roofing, guttering, barriers, and yard repairs Drain maintenance and general site services Use of hand and power tools Completing maintenance reports and job logging Ability to undertake heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, work at heights and to be able to negotiate flights of stairs in multi-storey blocks of varying levels.
