Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
* Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
* Manage their medication and prep their meals
* Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
* Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
* Ability to work independently and part of a dedicated care team
* Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
* Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
Requirements
* Experience in Live in Care essential
* A minimum of 2 years Care Experience
* Experience with complex care required
* Experience with Parkinson's disease preferred
* Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
* Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
* Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
* Have a Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship
