What You Can Expect
As a Sales Representative, you will help achieve sales targets for your territory and represent the company professionally. Your responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare professionals, adhering to company policies, and maintaining profitability through proper pricing.
How You'll Create Impact
* Sell exclusively the company's products as directed by management.
* Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel.
* Provide or arrange product training, without assisting in surgical procedures.
* Follow up on leads and visits promptly.
* Adhere to sales strategies under the guidance of your Sales Manager.
* Gain knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products.
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training.
* Care for samples and instrumentation responsibly.
* Assist with stock checks when required.
What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience in selling medical devices.
* Understanding of medical language and anatomy.
* Knowledge of the product portfolio.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Minimum 'A' level education, preferably with a business degree.
* Knowledge of the local territory and hospital personnel.

* Strong presentation, customer relationship, and communication skills.

* Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
* Valid driving license is essential.
