We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.
GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities
* Conduct scheduled property showings for buyer clients following the team’s established showing standards and procedures.
* Ensure homes are opened, secured, and presented professionally to provide clients with a smooth and positive experience.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during showings while gathering all questions and feedback for the lead agent.
* Coordinate with team agents and staff to manage showing schedules efficiently.
* Accurately relay property details and maintain strong communication with the lead agent.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability during all showings.
* Uphold the team’s standards and brand reputation through every client interaction.
* Adhere to brokerage and team policies at all times, including proper communication protocols.
* Represent the team culture of “Work Hard. Be Kind.” in every client and agent interaction.
* Be available during evenings and weekends when the majority of showings occur.
* Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered.
* Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.
* Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner.
* Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service.
* Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth.

* Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
* Can spend a large amount of time driving.
* Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease.

Compensation
$35 per showing
