We're working with a leading Housing Association in Kent to recruit an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a temporary ongoing basis. THE ROLE This is a key frontline role responsible for managing tenancies, supporting sustainable living, and maintaining safe and welcoming neighbourhoods. Manage a portfolio of tenancies across all tenures, delivering tailored, proactive housing services. Support new tenants to settle into their homes and understand their responsibilities. Handle tenancy changes, including transfers, mutual exchanges, and under-occupation. Respond to and manage reports of anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, and tenancy breaches. Prepare legal documentation and attend court where necessary. Conduct estate inspections and take action to improve environmental conditions.
