Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Reconciliation (Temporary Assignment)
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with reconciliation duties. This ongoing temporary assignment is ideal for someone who is organised, accurate, andfortable working with numbers. No formal qualifications are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations
2. Match invoices, payments, receipts, and internal records
3. Investigate discrepancies and follow up with relevant departments.
4. Maintain accurate financial data and update spreadsheets/systems
5. Assist the finance team with general administrative tasks as needed
6. Ensure all work ispleted to deadlines and to a high standard of accuracy
Requirements:

8. Good numerical ability
9. Basic Excel / data entry skills
10. Ability to follow processes and work independently
11. Reliable, organised, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
