Bring your IP Network Engineering skills, along with a broader infrastructure engineering and Operational Technology expertise to innovate, automate, and elevate our capabilities.

Our network is 10 years old, stable, and continuously evolving without legacy issues. We have built a full fibre network of 14,000 km that transports data for 140,000 customers. With a customer growth rate of 40% annually, we plan to upgrade our core to 1.2Tb/s early next year.
You will own the technical strategy, roadmap, and budget. Additionally, you will lead and manage teams including Network Architects, Designers, Engineers, Transmission, and IT Operations.
Note: This role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon.
Experience in large carrier and FTTP/FTTH infrastructure is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is senior-level IP network engineering knowledge and the ability to lead teams and align technology with business goals. A passion for using technology to deliver excellent customer experiences is essential.
