THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a confident, driven Telesales Executive to sit at the very front of our sales engine. This isn’t a passive, wait-for-leads role. You’ll be generating opportunities, following up campaigns, nurturing prospects, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll turn conversations into pipeline, turn interest into action, and play a key role in driving growth across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
LEAD GENERATION & PIPELINE CREATION
You’ll be responsible for creating real opportunities, not just activity.
You will:
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and warm leads
* Build rapport quickly and uncover genuine opportunities
* Nurture prospects through calls, email, and structured follow up
* Book high quality appointments that convert into pipeline
CRM DISCIPLINE & DATA QUALITY
Your activity will be visible, measurable, and valuable.
You will:
* Keep HubSpot fully up to date with calls, emails, notes, and next steps
* Maintain 100 percent accuracy across all records
* Track activity and outcomes to improve performance over time
* Ensure no lead, task, or follow up is missed
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & FOLLOW UP
You’ll bring campaigns to life through consistent follow up.
You will:
* Act on marketing campaigns at the right time, every time
* Engage prospects across multiple touchpoints
* Provide feedback on campaign quality and outcomes
* Help improve future campaigns through insight and learning
INBOUND & CUSTOMER INTERACTION
Not all opportunities start outbound.
You will:
* Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Handle conversations professionally and confidently
* Support existing customers and new prospects
* Represent the business with energy and credibility
PERFORMANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

* Work towards clear activity and conversion targets
* Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 2 or more years in a telesales, sales development, or similar role
* Confident with outbound calling and lead generation
* Experience using a CRM system such as HubSpot
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working to targets and performance metrics
