The role
* This is a relationship-led business development role — not a transactional sales position.
* You'll use a combination of ethical marketing and professional conversation to connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, and help them decide whether our programs are the right fit for them.
* You'll be supported by structured onboarding, exceptional training resources, and a global community of like-minded professionals.
Key responsibilities
* Generate genuine enquiries through ethical, values-led marketing activity
* Build professional, trust-based relationships with prospective clients
* Understand client goals, challenges, and what they are really looking for
* Present our programs clearly, honestly, and without pressure
* Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process
