The Role To assist and support in the operations and administration of the Medical Department (Sports Medicine & Sports Science), contributing to the achievement of the aims and objectives of Tottenham Hotspur FC through the delivery of best practice based medical and sports science services. About You Assisting with the FA/UEFA Antidoping Whereabouts programme for the Men’s First Team, U21s and U18s Squads Ordering training and travel kit for the department and managing distribution Assisting with new player signing medical appointments Organising and coordinating pre-season testing days for the First Team Organising and booking player and staff overseas travel for medical appointments Assisting with medical appointment bookings for players Assisting with new starters and leavers processes Managing staff qualifications and course bookings Managing the department rota including staff annual leave & lieu days General office admin including maintenance and IT issues Cross covering for the Senior Medical Administrator What You Will Bring: Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an office administration/manager role Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Personal Attributes: Exhibits integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Professional and friendly demeanour The Tottenham Hotspur Way Is to push harder, rise higher and forge greater.
