The Property Services Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth coordination of day-to-day operational activities within our client's corporate office in Edinburgh., Acting as a key point of contact, the role will support the operational needs of the site, ensuring a proactive approach to facilities management while embedding a zero-tolerance attitude towards health and safety incidents by identifying and mitigating risks. The Property Services Coordinator will actively support cost control initiatives, seeking and implementing efficiencies across all FM work streams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with office colleagues, client stakeholders, and ISS teams will be central to the role, with a focus on fostering a 'One Team' culture and delivering an integrated, high-quality service across the site.,
* Deliver a first-class workplace experience, acting as primary contact for service delivery, customer requests, and escalations
* Lead and coordinate onsite service teams, ensuring critical services meet agreed standards and Service Level Agreements
* Ensure full compliance with ISS and Barclays Health, Safety, and Environment policies, proactively managing risks, incidents, and audits
* Maintain H&S documentation, promote initiatives, and ensure all staff are properly trained and equipped
* Manage and communicate effectively with onsite teams, overseeing inductions, surveys, and recognition initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and encouraging innovation and efficiencies
* Support and promote a positive, integrated team culture aligned with client and company expectations
Educated to a good standard with strong self-motivation
* Solid understanding of Facilities Management, workplace experience, and stakeholder management
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire an integrated service delivery team
* Capable of representing ISS professionally at senior client levels
* IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Skilled in problem-solving to meet and exceed customer and client expectations
* Able to remain calm, level-headed, and effective under pressure
