This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware lawyer to work closely with an experienced team on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity and shareholder work, for clients in sectors such as tech, life sciences, healthcare and professional services. The Role You will manage your own caseload of quality corporate matters and support senior team members on more complex transactions. Work will include: Mergers & acquisitions - both buy-side and sell-sidePrivate equity transactions and venture capital investmentsManagement buyouts (MBOs) and corporate restructuringShareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate governance mattersGroup reorganisations, partnership and share transfersAdvising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs You will also be encouraged to take an active role in client development, marketing and networking in the local business community. ?
