The Role
* Supervise and lead a team of electronic assembly and test technicians
* Ensure daily production targets are achieved in line with quality and delivery requirements
* Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and drive productivity across the production floor
* Support fault finding and technical problem-solving where required
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and company procedures
* Maintain and enforce strict quality standards and protocols
* Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members
* Liaise with engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process
What you will need
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within an electronic manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test processes
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
* Experience with fault finding and supporting technical teams
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and production processes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A proactive and hands‑on approach to problem solving
