A fantastic opportuity to join a "local" company that is part of a global telecoms giant where you will play an integral part of the mobiles business ensuring targets and growth are achieved.

Mobiles sales (B2B) experience is essential for this role

1. Purpose: To Sell BT Business’s Products and Services and specifically BT/EE Future Mobile Proposition to the SME Market in the local Area. BT/EE want to be recognised as the No 1 mobile supplier in the Business Market.

2. WITH WHO – Key Relationships

Internal and External Stakeholders You’ll Be Working With:

🔹 Key Decision Makers (KDMs) – SME Market
You’ll be engaging with top-level decision-makers in businesses ranging from small 5-person teams to companies with over 100 employees. These typically include:

• Managing Directors
• IT Directors
• Sales Directors
• Finance Directors

Your ability to confidently sell to this audience is critical.

🔹 Your Sales Colleagues

You'll be part of a tight-knit and collaborative sales environment, consisting of:
• Desk-Based Sales Executives
• Field Sales Reps
• Hybrid Field Sales Reps
• Customer Service Colleagues
• Mobile Specialist (BT/EE Direct) – Dedicated to helping you hit your mobile targets.
Success in this role relies on working closely with your peers.

You should:

• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals
• Support and motivate each other while staying on track with personal targets
• Build a strong working relationship with Customer Service to quickly and efficiently resolve any sales order issues

It’s essential that you align with their strategic direction — striving to overachieve on targets while maintaining world-class customer service standards.

3. RESULTS – Outputs:

Subject to change, the Quarterly Business Target is currently £523 of SOV.
To reach this, you'll need to generate approximately £65,000 in sales per week.

This target is typically achieved through:

• Outbound sales calls
• Managing appointments booked via Desk
• Handling leads directly from BT

4. WHAT – Activities:

We would expect this person to be highly driven. A high work ethic and an ability to make a high number of outbound business development calls to the SME Market.

We would also expect this candidate to “Landscape” all customers and work/manage a prospect bank for mobiles. Knowing your prospect and your customers is vital to making this position work.

Making a Minimum 60 Outbound Calls in a B2B environment to over achieve your sales targets At least 3 days per week.

We would expect you to book 6 Meetings per week for new business. You will have the support of a Mobile Specialist within BT.

To Complete all Sales Order paper work within 24 hours with a high level of accuracy

To Take Ownership of all of your targets and deliver on a consistent Basis – reviewed Monthly and then quarterly

5. NEEDS – Inputs: Need to be able to work unsupervised, as part of a team and able to achieve results through virtual team working. An appreciation of confidentiality is essential. Understand and comply with regulatory, fair trading and competition roles. Must be able to work in front of a VDU for long periods of time.

EXPERIENCE: Must Have B2B Mobile Sales Experience – Minimum 2 Years
