Working in the Front of House Team you will assist the Passenger Services Manager to ensure that the service delivered to customers is consistently professional and to an exceptionally high standard. All processes must be performed in a smooth, timely and accurate manner. You should be able to demonstrate a hard-working, adaptable attitude and thrive in a busy workplace.
Responsibilities
* Passenger Check-In: Assisting passengers with check-in processes, including handling special requirements and ensuring a positive experience.
* Travel Document Verification: Reviewing travel documentation to ensure compliance with all security and airline regulations.
* Excess Baggage Processing: Managing excess baggage, including processing payments efficiently and courteously.
* Passenger Assistance: Meeting inbound flights and providing assistance to arriving passengers as required.
* Flight Boarding Coordination: Overseeing boarding procedures, making announcements, and ensuring smooth and timely departures.
Qualifications
We are seeking dedicated, service-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role. While prior experience in customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Shift Pattern
This role involves shift work, including weekends and bank holidays. The current shift pattern is:
* 6 days on, 3 days off
Requirements

* Provide 5 years of checkable references to ensure background verification.
* Submit a clear criminal record check.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
