We are seeking a reliable HGV Driver to carry out multidrop deliveries across the local area. The role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, operating a vehicle-mounted crane for loading/unloading, and ensuring timely deliveries to multiple sites.
Responsibilities
* Operate HGV vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations
* Use vehicle-mounted crane to load and unload goods securely
* Perform multidrop deliveries to commercial and residential locations
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects
* Maintain accurate delivery records and customer documentation
Skills and Qualifications
* Valid HGV Class 2 (or Class 1) licence
* CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
* Good communication and time management skills
* Crane operation certification (e.g., HIAB or equivalent)
