We have an exciting opportunity to join our Group Finance team as a Lead Reporting Analyst based in either Exeter or Bristol. This is a new role, with a permanent full time contract on a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. About the role: As Lead Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and presenting Group financial reports that will help bring the new Business Unit structure to life and support strategic decision making. You will work in our Strategic Planning and Reporting team, in regular contact with our Group Financial Controller and CFO. What you'll be doing: Developing and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. This includes the monthly Group Results and CFO report. Drive the integrity and availability of self-service Business Unit reporting from Infor BI, liaising with the Business Units and Central Finance Coordinating the preparation of Group financial budgets and forecasts, developing and owning detailed input and consolidation files and liaising with Operational Finance What we're looking for: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience and interest in financial reporting and analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling. Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Determination to deliver results.
