An established tax team in the Thames Valley region is looking for a motivated Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. The role suits a confident professional looking to step up and take on more responsibility across a varied and growing client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
•Managing the corporate tax compliance cycle for a portfolio of clients, including review of returns
•Supporting and delivering advisory projects such as group restructures, R&D, loss planning, and transactions
•Providing practical and tailored tax advice to a wide range of corporate clients
•Mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
•Developing strong client relationships and identifying planning opportunities
Requirements:
•ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent with at least 3 years of corporate tax experience
•Strong technical knowledge and experience with SME/OMB clients
•Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
•Good project management and communication skills
