As part of our continued growth, we're looking to partner with a motivated and experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker at Dolphin Financial Services, you will:
* Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients.
* Generate and manage your own leads, with support from the firm's marketing resources if required.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a high standard of service throughout the mortgage journey.
* Manage some existing clients of the firm and service a share of new leads coming into the company
* Work flexibly from home, with full autonomy over your schedule.
* Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and FCA compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For
* CeMAP qualified.
* Minimum 12 months of experience in a mortgage advising role.
* Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Knowledge of the UK mortgage market and FCA regulations.
* Based in or willing to work across County Durham.
