Treasury Assistant - Permanent | London (Hybrid)
Our client, a Lloyd's of London syndicate, is seeking a Treasury Assistant to support treasury operations and accounts payable within a fast-paced Finance team. This permanent role is based in the City of London (3 days per week in the office).
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, expenses and payments accurately via Workday and online banking.
* Reconcile cash positions and maintain the general ledger.
* Prepare monthly credit card and travel analysis, including journals.
* Support cashflow forecasting, month-end close, and treasury reporting.
* Maintain treasury policies and procedures, and provide support for audits.
* Provide cover for broader treasury activities and ad hoc projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Finance or treasury experience within insurance or the Lloyd's Market.
* Proficient in Workday and online banking/payment systems.
* Knowledge of trust fund structures.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and relationship-building skills.
* MS Office proficiency and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
