We have several exciting openings to join a dynamic retail insurance broker specializing in professional indemnity insurance for a wide range of professions, with a particular focus on solicitors, independent financial advisors, insurance intermediaries, and property professionals.

They believe clients prefer independent brokers because they offer personalized service, unlike large international brokers that standardize products and services based on size and location, often watering down advice and restricting broking staff from placing business freely. Launched in 2022 with strong backing, their mission is to restore independence to broking and give clients the choices they've lost in recent years.
They are part of a fully independent group of insurance and professional service firms, free from external shareholders, allowing them to prioritize clients and staff. Owned and managed by respected industry figures, their team has extensive experience in insurance broking and professional indemnity, with an independent, client-first mindset.
As part of their expansion, they are seeking talented and motivated PI Insurance sales developers. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a proven track record in new business development, capable of generating £150k+ in commission/fee income annually. Remuneration will depend on experience and performance.
Role responsibilities include working closely with marketing teams, managing sector-specific leads, liaising with prospective clients (mainly firms with up to £50M in turnover and average premiums around £40k), and successfully placing client insurance programs.
Applicants should have commercial insurance experience with at least a good working knowledge of PI. The marketing team will provide quality leads, and your role will be to close these deals and build lasting client relationships.
The salary range is £45-70k basic, plus very attractive bonuses.
