We are recruiting Trainee Teaching Assistants to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs within a specialist provision. You will work closely with experienced staff, gaining valuable experience while supporting pupils to re-engage with learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation.
* Assist with small group and 1:1 activities.
* Help maintain a calm and structured learning environment.
* Encourage positive routines and social development.
* Support pupils during lessons and transitions.
Skills & Experience
* Desire to work in education or behaviour support.
* Resilient, empathetic and proactive attitude.
* Ability to build rapport with pupils.
* Background in care, youth work or similar is beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
