E-Commerce & Sales Support Executive
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, develop, and gain hands-on experience across sales, data, and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include:
Data & Reporting
* Work with Excel to clean, manage, and prepare data for website and ERP updates
(training provided on advanced tools)
* Spot trends in sales and product performance, sharing insights with the Sales Team
Website & ERP Support
* Keep the website up to date with new products, pricing, and content
* Assist with syncing data between
SAP Business One
and
Magento
* Troubleshoot basic website or ERP issues and escalate where needed
Sales Support & Customer Interaction
* Support the Sales Team with pricing, supplier lists, and customer queries via email, phone, and live chat
* Monitor order fulfilment and chase abandoned cart sales to maximise online opportunities
* Assist with product launches, ensuring copy, translations, and digital content are delivered on time
General Operations
* Attend meetings on website and sales topics, contributing ideas and feedback
* Provide first-line support for staff on website queries
* Test and validate website updates to ensure accuracy

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Holiday: 21 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Requirements
* Basic
Excel skills
(comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry)
* Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and digital tools
(full training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Most importantly: someone eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
