Role Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Junior Office Assistant to support daily office operations, property-related coordination, and general administrative tasks at our Staines-upon-Thames location. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative responsibilities, problem-solving, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations across both office and property environments. Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities Office and Administrative Support * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team. * Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets. * Manage scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports. * Assist with procurement and supplier coordination, including quotes and purchase orders. * Support office logistics such as equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination. Property Coordination * Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance requests. * Assist in coordinating safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits. * Support documentation and compliance processes, including leases and certification records. * Assist with rent tracking and monitoring of property-related expenses and budgets. Skills and Qualifications * Recent graduate or early-career professional (open to all academic backgrounds). * Interest or experience in administration, property, operations, or a similar field. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proactive, reliable, and able to manage a variety of tasks independently. * Full UK driving licence preferred for occasional site visits.
