We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Care Home Manager to lead the successful operation of a well-established nursing/residential home. About the Role As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home. Operating within a regulated environment, you will ensure full compliance with CQC standards, while delivering exceptional care and achieving strong commercial performance. You will be supported by a dedicated internal team including a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, alongside external Operations and Central support functions.
