Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team while driving strategic growth across both new and existing clients. This is primarily a field-based role, with occasional trips to the office ( offices in Belfast and Derry/Londonderry ) as required. Convert internal leads into long-term customer relationships and actively generate new business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across sectors. Analyse sales performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting on sales activity. The Ideal Candidate Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a senior sales role, preferably within office furniture, fit out, or related sectors. Proven track record of leading a team to deliver results and achieve sales targets. Experience managing pipelines and CRM systems. Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive strategic growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a growing team. Confident presenting to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
