Competent in Active Directory administration. Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP. Skilled in Group Policy troubleshooting. Familiar with virtualization (Hyper V/VMware). This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received. Responsibilities: Provide end-user support and troubleshooting in a field-based capacity. Deliver onsite project implementations and services. Engage with both technical and non-technical users to provide excellent service. Resolve incidents and fulfill requests methodically. Coach and mentor team members to enhance team capabilities. Maintain and deploy standard IT hardware effectively. Utilize Windows imaging and deployment tools for setup. Install and configure Microsoft 365 solutions. Collaborate on IT infrastructure maintenance, focusing on servers and switches. Conduct network installations and manage comms cabinets.
