We’re on the lookout for a Sales & Sourcing Manager to join a trend driven Womenswear team. What you’ll be doing:
You’ll sit at the heart of product and sales, working cross-functionally to bring compelling ranges to life.
* Partner with global sourcing teams to build clear, pre-season strategies and deliver strong, commercially competitive product offers
* Identify new opportunities for growth and confidently present ideas that convert into orders
* Play a key role in product development—from initial concept through to ready-to-buy ranges
* Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and support teams to continuously improve
* Manage critical paths to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met
* Influence buying teams with compelling product pitches and insights
* Support negotiations on cost, delivery, and order quantities to ensure best outcomes
* Act as a key link between teams, solving challenges and keeping everything moving smoothly
* Travel for seasonal territory visits, trade shows, and inspiration
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in product development and sourcing (womenswear essential)
* Background in buying or merchandising is a big plus
* Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of trends
* A confident communicator who can influence and inspire stakeholders
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to see things through
* A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams
