What You Will Do:
Manage the complete recruitment pipeline from initial application through to successful onboarding.
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective candidates daily.
Build strong rapport, assess candidate suitability, and qualify talent with precision and care.
Progress top-tier candidates while maintaining a highly professional standard of communication at all times.
Who We Are Looking For:
Highly driven individuals eager to learn and build a lasting career in recruitment, HR, or business administration.
Confident and articulate communicators with excellent spoken English.
Professionals possessing a vibrant, outgoing, yet polished personality.
Candidates with experience in high-volume calling, sales, or target-driven environments are highly desirable.
Individuals who are available to commence employment immediately.
What We Offer:
A competitive £25,000 base salary.
Performance bonuses of up to £100 per week, accessible after completing your initial four-week training period.

A full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
