We are currently seeking an Executive Search Consultant (Associate/Graduate) to join our Covent Garden, London office. As an integral member of our executive search team, you will own candidate management throughout the search process, from business development and client engagement to efficient account management, playing a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top‑tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Process and Customer Experience
* Manage end‑to‑end search processes with meticulous attention to detail.
* Conduct candidate Q&A, profiling, and shortlisting.
* Participate in and eventually lead Discovery Briefing calls.
* Gather candidate interview feedback and compile client responses.
* Generate search insights and provide real‑time data to clients.
* Engage, qualify, and assess candidates for active searches.
Network Builder & Community Development
* Cultivate a global or regional network within a specialised skill domain.
* Build networks spanning Manager, Director, VP, and SVP levels.
* Leverage targeted networks for business development and candidate opportunities.
* Develop network‑based business development strategies for existing and new accounts.
* Create longlists, candidate trackers, and source candidates for active positions.
* Collaborate with communities to identify and share leads with Consultants.
* Support Consultants and Management with commercial activities.
* Enhance sales strategy skills by supporting Client Service roles.
