YOUR ROLE
Our Cloud Engineering Consultants are part of Digital Factory within the Business Technology practice, leading digital transformation projects across Capgemini. We value innovation, professional development, and making a real difference for our clients. As a Cloud Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, develop automated pipelines, implement monitoring, troubleshoot issues, ensure security, and optimize infrastructure using technologies like Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Your responsibilities include:
1. Implementing CI/CD automation with architects and development teams.
2. Provisioning, configuring, deploying, and monitoring infrastructure as code.
3. Developing new opportunities and fostering a DevOps culture with clients and internal teams.
4. Providing operational support, including monitoring and troubleshooting applications.
5. Conducting system tests for security, performance, and availability.
6. Sharing knowledge with colleagues, coaching, mentoring, and learning new technologies.
You will also have opportunities to contribute to business development, internal initiatives, and personal growth through activities such as proposal development, campaign contributions, training, and certifications.
YOUR PROFILE
To qualify, you must hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. Additionally, you should have:
* Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Proven DevOps experience and CI/CD pipeline design
* Expertise in containerization, virtualization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)
* Monitoring and alerting tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Cloudwatch)
* Configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Chef)
* Testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber)
* Scripting skills (bash/shell)
* Support for diverse technologies (Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, databases, cloud components)
* Version control experience (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
* Agile team experience and stakeholder communication skills
