I am on the lookout for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a leading housing association on a permanent basis, delivering high quality customer focussed services to their homes. This is a vital role within the management team of the Home Repairs Service and responsibilities will be varied and wide ranging with the main primary focus being on Damp and Mould. We're working with a well-established housing organisation who are looking to appoint a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join their team in Portishead. This permanent position offers flexible and agile working, supporting the management of complex damp, mould and disrepair cases from inspection through to completion. This Damp and Mould Surveyor role is offering: Salary of £48,000 per annum. Permanent contract working 37 hours per week.
