As a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of managing project activities and administration with efficiency and flair. Key Responsibilities: Organise and participate in client and project meetings to define project scope, costs, timescales, and risks. Create, maintain, and update project documentation, detailing responsibilities, plans, timelines, and deliverables. Assist with project activities, scheduling, planning, and resource management. Develop and deliver progress reports, analysing results and highlighting impacts and risks. Assist the Operations Manager in managing changes in scope, issues, and corrective actions. Update daily logs to record risks, issues, lessons learned, and quality results. Monitor project assurance activities such as audits, inspections, and quality checks. Aid in budget tracking and expense reporting. Communicate project expectations and updates to team members and stakeholders. Provide innovative solutions to enhance project management processes and systems.
