Position: Team Leader
We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bebbington Services. This service provides intensive support to individuals within a residential setting, offering care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.
The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager in providing sound leadership and managing the day-to-day running of the staff team to deliver a person-centric service and implement innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first-line leadership to our care heroes to foster lifelong careers within the Charity.

What you will be doing…
* Ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to the people.
* Leading support workers to establish and maintain high standards of care practice within the Residential Services.
* Ensuring an effective, responsive, caring, and safe service for the individuals supported.
* Actively promoting an autism-specific culture through effective work practices and identifying additional support needs.
* Ensuring accurate records and reporting systems are maintained.

Hours of work
Typically, a 3-week rolling rota within the hours of 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. The postholder will provide management cover across a 7-day period, including weekends, which will be part of the contracted hours.
