Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected insurance broker as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their established and friendly commercial team.
You will take ownership of a designated portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted first point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £200,000
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Handling mid-term adjustments, renewals, and general policy queries
• Liaising confidently with clients via phone and email
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
This is a role where your ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and stay proactive will be key to your success.

• Solid commercial insurance experience gained within broking
• Confidence in managing client relationships and handling a varied workload
