People Transformation Lead - Belfast - Professional Services MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading Professional Services firm as they look to add a People Transformation Lead to their team. The role: You will focus on HR transformation, operating model design, and organisational development, you will help build an agile, efficient, and people-centric organisation. The main responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR transformation programmes, from discovery and design through to implementation. Redesign HR operating models and service delivery to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver organisational design and change roadmaps. Facilitate OD interventions, culture and engagement initiatives, and leadership alignment sessions. Track outcomes and embed continuous improvement across people and organisational processes. The ideal candidate: Experience delivering change in Professional or Financial Services organisations. Proven experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, or organisational design. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. Experience working on large-scale change initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
