Lead with purpose in this Registered Manager role for an Older People's Residential Care service in Leeds. What You Will Do:
* Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the service.
* Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
* Stay up to date with legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice guidance.
* Develop personalised care plans to meet individual resident needs.
* Conduct regular quality assessments and respond to feedback from residents and families.
* Lead recruitment, supervision, performance management, and staff scheduling.
* Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
* Build partnerships with families, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
* Represent the service at local forums and meetings.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe.
* Proven experience managing residential or nursing care services for older adults.
* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
* Skilled in staff management, service improvement, and development strategies.
