Your new companyA not-for-profit organisation with flexible working policies including hybrid working arrangements based in the North Kent area. 1 day a week in the office in Maidstone (Tuesdays) plus any extra occasional meetings as required.Your new roleYou will have a number of key focusses in this role:
1. Develop and manage quality assurance frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with internal and external standards.
2. Undertake audits to assess adherence to policies and procedures.
3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying any gaps or weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
4. Partner with key stakeholders to align quality assurance frameworks with KPI's and strategic goals.
5. Support the sharing and analysis of data related to audits, controls, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment between compliance findings and strategic performance objectives.
6. Supports the DPO in relation to assurance of GDPR and other data-related compliance.
7. Collaborate to identify and prioritise process improvement initiatives that drive better organisational performance.
8. Support the preparation and analysis of reports related to governance and compliance metrics, providing insights to key stakeholders.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on assurance and controls matters.
