We are trusted advisors who understand technology, understand people, and understand how to create impact. And right now, we’re looking for two driven, confident, high‑energy Account Executives to join our Sales Division and help fuel our next stage of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our business development activity:
* Drive high‑volume outbound activity: cold calls, follow-ups, email sequences & multi-channel outreach
* Take part in daily BD sprints and high-energy call blocks
* Break into new global financial accounts, from tier‑one banks to hedge funds
* Re‑engage warm contacts and revive dormant relationships
* Book meetings with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and senior tech leaders
* Work hand-in-hand with our delivery team to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional client experience
You’ll become an expert in the tech and finance space with ongoing coaching, training, and a clear career pathway.

* Base salary: £40,000
* On‑Target Earnings: £80,000 (uncapped commission)
