Architectural Technician

Salary: £38-44,000
An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and driven Architectural Technician to join a well-established, expanding architectural practice in Northamptonshire. This role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial projects within a collaborative, design-focused studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages.
Assist in design development, ensuring practicality, buildability, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with project teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard.
Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Carry out site surveys and attend site inspections as required.
Keep current with building regulations, industry standards, and emerging best practices.Key Requirements
Previous experience in an Architectural Technician role.
Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and detailing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational abilities.
